Pricing for moles is per animal caught. No set-up fees, no reoccurring monthly fees, no special plans. Traps are set in the customers yard at no cost. Flags will mark the location of each trap. Customers are asked to please leave traps undisturbed. Traps are checked in 4-7 days weather depending. If moles have left the property, been caught, or have traveled deep in the soil once the ground dries and gets hard, the traps will be removed from the property until notified that the moles have become active again. One mole can cause mass amounts of damage overnight making yards seem to have many moles when in fact most typical yards have 1-3 moles. If customers live near undeveloped ground or have neighbors with mole problems, moles can show up at any time during or after the service has been provided and is completed. If new moles appear, we ask you call soon as you see the new damage. Since we do not charge customers monthly fees, we want to give you the service you need as quick as possible. More traps than needed will be set to insure the best odds of removing the mole/s from your property in the quickest time possible resulting in less overall damage for the customer and allowing us to serve more customers in a day.

Full home inspections will be made to discuss potential problems or fixes to your problem. No traps will be set with the request of an inspection.

Typical ground wildlife removal starts at $49 per day 

• Traps are checked daily rain or shine.
• Inspections to the property are done each day to insure no further damage is being done while the services are being provided.
• Upon request, updates can be sent to the customer.

 These jobs receive 1-3 in most situations. This excludes water animals and k9 type wildlife.

Typical ladder animal removal starts at $55 per day 

• Traps are checked daily rain or shine.
• Inspections to the property are done each day to insure no further damage is being done while services are being provided.
• Upon request, updates can be sent to the customer 

 These jobs receive 1-3 coon type traps or up to 1-5 squirrel type traps.

This is for first visits only 

• Inspections will be made to entire house.
• Customer will be made aware of current or potential issues.
• Methods of removal and exclusion will be discussed.

Traps will be set and checked daily. Set-up fees are only for the first visit. Please mention any possible hazards or specific needs when you call. These can include but are not limited to: roaming pets, steep roofs, potentially unstable buildings, locked gates, etc.
